My two crazy hounds - Duke and Elsie!
As we progress through the various stages of the class Educational Uses of the Internet, I regret that the internet and various technologies were not available when I was in school. The internet has certainly opened up a world of opportunity not only for teaching, but also for students as they seek out information for learning.I was absolutely amazed by the webquest activity. What a creative way to engage students in learning! Therefore, I decided to post information on what topics I am considering for creating my webquest. Not being a teacher, it is difficult for me to decide what curriculum I will incorporate into my webquest. After pondering for a bit, I've scaled my topics down to a webquest about karate to focus on physical education or a webquest about baking which would incorporate the math curriculum. I think both would focus on the elementary grade levels.I'm looking foward to developing my webquest, hearing your thoughts and comments and hopefully educating everyone in this class about karate.Hi-ya!ess through the various stages of the class Educational Uses of the Internet, I regret that the internet and various technologies were not available when I was in school.
